For those who feel three wheels
are better than four here comes
the ultimate city runabout.

Half-car and half-motorbike, the Strike Trike is engineered as a radical three-wheeler designed to combine the rush of motorcycling with the comfort of a car. Strike Motors Australia engaged Australian design consultancy Design+Industry to develop a design concept suitable for manufacture for a three-wheeled high performance vehicle. The result is an extraordinary machine styled to attract the performance vehicle enthusiast with eye-catching, sporty exterior and comfortable, user-friendly interior.

The two-seater is powered by a Suzuki Hayabusa 1340cc motorbike engine, matched to a six-speed sequential gearbox. Power output is close to 150kW. The lightweight Strike Trike can accelerate from zero to 100km/h in a supercar-rivaling 3.5 seconds.

The sleek Recaro bucket seats and enclosed cockpit provide comfort and the race car feel. In fine weather the roof panels are easily removed for the ultimate convertible ride.   The Trike is constructed from a chrome molybdenum chassis with carbon composite body mouldings. It comes under the weight of 450 Kilos and complies with all Australian Design Rules related to its class. The outstanding power to weight ratio makes this high performance vehicle an outstanding ride to say the least.
